Payment & Delivery

Once items are in your cart and you proceed to checkout, please note the selected payment method and whether prices include or exclude VAT, along with the applicable VAT rate. Orders are typically delivered within 3 days unless a longer timeframe is specified during ordering. Shipments occur on standard business days, Monday to Fridays. Additional shipping fees may apply and will be detailed at checkout. Items in the shop may show delivery status indicators. We reserve the right to cancel unavailable items from your order and adjust the total accordingly. Ordering an alternative product requires a new transaction. The checkout process will display the available delivery methods. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

Unclaimed Package

You are responsible for collecting your shipment from the delivery point within the period mentioned in your notification. SnusCore Baltics does not offer replacements for packages that are not collected or received. No refunds are issued for unclaimed parcels.

Cancellation

Once an order has been finalized at checkout, it is not possible to cancel it.

Right Of Withdrawal

If you have received a faulty product or if the wrong item was delivered, you must notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 10 days of identifying the issue. Notifications should be submitted through our site by following the steps found in the "Customer Service" section.

For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a refund, a gift card, or a discount code for your subsequent order.

To obtain a full refund, you must return the parcel to our warehouse; the refund will then be processed within 2 weeks of the package's arrival. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

As compatibility issues between products can arise, we advise researching thoroughly before ordering to prevent avoidable expenses.

Force Majeure
